The Motor Body Workshop was established in 1992 at the Main Street in Kilcoole Co. Wicklow. From its beginnings as a two-person operation, it has grown to employ a team of trained craftspeople.

Our technicians have a combined experience of over a hundred years in the car repair industry, so you can be sure your car will be repaired back to its pre-accident condition - but we don't stop there. Recent developments in painting technology have been directed by environmental concerns.

Manufacturers now use water-based paint when painting the cars in the factory, so we took the lead among Irish repairers in 1999 and introduced water-based refinishing paint. It gives a dramatic reduction in emissions, and we already comply with the strictest regulations in Europe. We also comply with the directive set down regarding bodyshop solvent emissions introduced to Ireland in 2008.

You have the comfort of dealing with a member of the Society of Irish Motor Industry, meaning that we are bound by the society's code of practice for the motor Industry. The Motor Body Workshop is also a selected member of the European wide Acoat group of independent vehicle repairers.
